The world’s largest container shipping company Maersk inked letter of intent with Ningbo Meishan International Logistics Industry Administrative Committee to invest in the second phase project of its project in the Meishan bonded zone.

The planned investment includes the construction and development of an area for logistics projects of Maersk in the Meishan bonded zone, and building an international supply chain platform to improve customer experience.

Maersk has been in co-operation with Ningbo for a long time. The company launched the first phase logistics project in Meishan in 2018 to build the first automated warehouse for Maersk, which will provide logistics services to the company, its branches and customers.
