Otto Marine entered into the bareboat charter agreement on 15 January 2009 with RKSL in respect of the two vessels.
“RKSL has been in default of the charters for an aggregate principal outstanding sum of $2,834,471.56 plus the applicable interest for overdue payment,” Otto Marine stated.
The offshore services provider said it is working closely with its lawyers including the commencement of legal proceedings against the counterparties and to enforce the company’s rights under the bareboat charterparties.
