EA Technique picks up $7m five-year charter

EA Technique has secured a RM24.6m ($6.9m) bareboat charter contract for the provision of one unit of fast support vessel for Classic Marine and Services, the company said in a stock market announcement.

EA Technique said the contract was for five years with option extension, with work commencing on 15 January 2015 and ending on 14 January 2020.

“The contract is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the duration of the contract,” EA Technique said.
