Singapore-based Otto Marine has entered into two bareboat charter agreements on two work maintenance vessels to an affiliated Malaysia-based company Expro Synergy.

The charter agreement is worth $32m to Otto Marine, a Singapore-listed offshore marine group.

Koi Marine, wholly-owned by Otto Marine, chartered the vessels to the charterer Expro Synergy for a six-month period with purchase obligation at the end of the charter period.

Expro Synergy is 49% owned by Go Marine, which is in turn a 90% owned subsidiary of Otto Marine.
