Perdana seals $16m accommodation barge contract

Perdana Petroleum unit Intra Oil Services has been awarded a two-year charter contract for an accommodation barge by Ocean Pro Offshore.

The initial contract, which began on 24 February, is worth MYR52m ($15.9m) and has a one-year extension option.

The contract will have a positive effect on Perdana's revenue and earnings for FY2014, the company said in a stock market announcement.
