The agreement signed by Pelindo III president director Djarwo Surjanto and Garuda ceo Arif Wibowo will help the port operator with its implementation of the Inaportnet online clearances and permits system.

“Technology keeps developing and we want to learn and work with Garuda on how to better develop the IT system in our ports,” Djarwo said.

He added that in the near future, all permits and clearances issued by the firm, including the Port Clearance (SPB), would be managed through an online platform.
