The conversation with Thomas explores how the logistics provider has handled the challenges of the pandemic over the last 18 months, particularly for its global forwarding business.

The conversation covers ways in which Toll has tried to help its customers navigate supply chain disruption and providing alternative modes of freight transportation.

Thomas and Marcus also talk about the use of technology to provide greater visibility in shipping, as well as the learnings Toll has from falling victim to a cyber-attack.
