Rail volumes boom at Ningbo-Zhoushan port

Sea-rail container volume at Chuanshangang railway station of Ningbo-Zhoushan port hit more than 71,350 teu as of early May, exceeding the total volume of last year’s only four months into 2021.

Chuanshangang railway station added several new service routes in the first four months of this year, and improved its handling efficiency to work 24 hours a day.

On 30 April, Chuanshangang railway station handled 1,226 teu hitting a record high for single-day operation.
