The Panama Canal's drought: as its administrator Ricaurte Vasquez told us, it's ‘Climate dependent’.  A severe drought has affected the operations of the waterway, forcing reduction of transits and draught. Those measures are explained by Canal authorities who give their forecast for the next fiscal year.
