CCS strengthens cooperation with DNV GL in maritime

China Classification Society (CCS) and DNV GL have held a high-level meeting seeking increased cooperation in the maritime sector.

Mo Jianhui, president of CCS met Norbert Kray, regional manager for DNV GL Maritime in Greater China, at the headquarter of CSS in Beijing and jointed the online meeting with Remi Eriksen, group president of DNV GL.

The two parties reviewed recent operation status of each and reached agreement to further strengthen the cooperation on maritime and offshore engineering sector under the current complicated market situation, according to CCS.

CCS and DNV GL have a long-established cooperative relationship. Last year, the two parties inked a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly maintain maritime security and environmental protection of the ocean.
