Brookes Bell said the addition of 3D Marine is part of the company’s long term strategy to service clients across the globe, alongside its current offices in Liverpool, London, Glasgow, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Founded in 1988, 3D Marine is a 13-stong workforce comprising master mariners and senior officers, marine engineers and naval architects, with expert witness services.
