The box shipping alliance will provide four loops – NE2, NE3, NE6 and NE7 – for Asia-North Europe and three loops – MD1, MD2 and MD3 – for Asia-Mediterranean from early April.

They will suspend existing NE1 and will not resume NE4 suspended back in October 2012, but retain port coverage of NE1 and NE4 with new services to maintain service quality.

“Meanwhile, CKYH-the Green Alliance will continue to maintain the highest on-time schedule reliability in the industry providing quality service to customers,” the alliance said.

CKYH-the Green Alliance comprises of Coscon, K Line, Yang Ming and Hanjin Shipping.
