Supplier of marine fuels Cockett Marine Oil has set up a liaison office in Mumbai, India.

“The liaison office status and new premises demonstrates our commitment to India’s marine fuel oil market as well as the continuation of the group’s growth plans,” commented Cen Saral, group coo for Cockett Marine Oil.

Karl Beeson, group ceo of the company, added: “India is a very strategic location and offers tremendous opportunities for the group.”

Some of India’s main bunkering ports include Mumbai, Mundra, Cochin and Chennai.
