NYK and Maersk’s MCC team up on new Asia service

Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK) and MCC Transport, Maersk's intra-Asia container line, have announced a new service, Perseus, which will call at Japan, South China and Thailand.

Due to start on 22 March, the service will employ three 5,000 teu ships; one from NYK and a pair from MCC.

The service's full rotation will be: Tokyo – Yokohama – Nagoya – Kobe – Hong Kong – Shekou – Laem Chabang – Hong Kong – Xiamen – Tokyo
