Anji Logistics to build three car carriers at Jiangnan Shipyard

SAIC Anji Logistics is adding three 7,800 ceu LNG-fuel car carriers from CSSC Jiangnan Shipyard.

Earlier this year, Anjin booked two 7,600 ceu dual-fuel car carriers at Jiangnan Shipyard, which are due for delivery in 2024.

Anji Logistics launched open tender in March this year for the construction of these three large-size car carriers, Jiangnan Shipyard was the only candidate in the end.

The vessels, developed by SDARI, equipped with WinGD X-DF engines and iCER system, will become Chinas largest car carriers upon delivery. 

Anji Logistics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chinas auto-manufacturer SAIC Motor, specializing in automotive logistics business, operates the largest car carrier fleet in China.
