Changjiu Logistics enters ro-ro shipping market

The automobile supply chain service provider Changjiu Logistics has set up a shipping joint venture with Beijing Glovis Warehousing & Transportation to develop a ro-ro shipping business.

The newly established jv, Changjiu Glovis (Shanghai) Shipping, with a registered capital of RMB9m ($1.27m), will focus on shipping and related business.

The new company is expected to provide international automobile shipping services for the customers from China and Southeast Asia, and to support the company’s long-term development, said Changjiu Logistics.

Changjiu Logistics, headquartered in Beijing, offering professional services of transportation, warehouse and delivery for automobile industry. The company has established several joint ventures with domestic logistics company, automobile manufacturer, port and railway operator to provide comprehensive logistics services.
