EMAC highlights S&P issues in first seminar of 2019
As it enters its fourth year of operation Emirates Maritime Arbitration Centre (EMAC) is continuing raise awareness of its services to the business community and promote knowledge sharing through networking events.

Just three weeks into the year EMAC has already held its first breakfast seminar of 2019 on the sale and purchase with Alessandro Tricoli, partner and head of shipping at Fichte & Co Legal, providing insights around the specific contract types and negotiation pitfalls.
“As we enter our fourth year of operation, we will continue to carry out our main message and objective that we are here to support the industry,” said Majid Obaid bin Bashir, acting chairman and secretary general, EMAC.
“As part of our ongoing commitment to the sector, throughout 2019, we will be present at all key industry events, regionally and internationally, and facilitate important discussions by bringing the maritime and legal fraternity together.”
EMAC's next breakfast seminar will be on 18 February.
