NOCC de-listing today following Klaveness buyout

Norwegian Car Carriers (NOCC) will today be de-listed from the Oslo Børs stock exchange as it is wholly-owned by Klaveness' Car Carriers Investments.

At an extraordinary general meeting in March the de-listing was agreed, as well as the conversion of the company to a private limited company.

The board of NOCC advised shareholders not to accept a voluntary bid from JP Morgan and Klaveness backed Car Carrier Invesments, but the voluntary bid was successful with 90.97% of outstanding shares gathered, followed by a compulsory acquisition.
