The deal will see TTA own a 3.48% stake in Nusasiri Public Company (NUSA), acquired via private placement of the company’s shares.

TTA said the latest deal is “for financial investment with no intention to involve in the management of NUSA”, and the investment fund will be from cash on hand and working capital.

At the same time, TTA chief executive Chalermchai Mahagitsiri also put in THB110m to acquire 1.74% of stake in NUSA.
