DISC bags ten tankers from Dynacom

CSSC Dalian Shipbuilding Industry (DSIC) has received an order for ten product tankers from Greek owner Dynacom Tankers Management.

The ten 115,000dwt tankers deal is the largest single tanker construction order DSIC has ever secured. 

This series of tanker is independently developed by DSIC, measuring in around 250 meters long, 44 meters wide, meeting the requirements of Nox TIER III and EEDI phase III. The shipyard has already delivered over 50 tankers of this type.

The vessels will be built by DSIC’s unit Shanhaiguan Shipbuilding and are due for delivery starting from the second half of 2025.

Dynacom has placed orders at several shipyards of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) including for bulk carriers, tankers and FSRUs.
