Following the successful reboot of the bankrupt STX Dalian shipbuilding business, Hengli Heavy Industry is restarting its marine engine production and signs licensing agreement with MAN Energy Solutions.

Hengli Engine (Dalian), a subsidiary of Hengli Heavy Industry, has been awarded licensing from MAN Energy Solutions.

Acquiring the low-speed engine license from MAN Energy Solutions marks the official commissioning of engine manufacturing of Hengli. MAN Energy Solutions will provide full period technology supports and quality management guidance to us which will help Hengli to improve engine manufacturing quality rapidly,commented Hengli.

Hengli Engine (Dalian) is 100% controlled by Hengli Heavy Industry Group. Found in 2022, the company was restructured from the old STX (Dalian) Engine.
