Two workers killed at Shanghai Jiangnan-Changxing Shipbuilding

Two shipyard workers were killed and another two were injured following a fatal accident at Shanghai Jiangnan-Changxing Shipbuilding on Wednesday, reports said.

Local media reported that a ship block fell at the shipyard, controlled by Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding, killing two workers and injuring two others, who have been hospitalised.

The local authorities have launched an investigation into the accident.
