The vessels will be purchased by nice wholly-owned special purpose companies of CDB Leasing incorporated in Tianjin from Torm Singapore Pte. Ltd and Vesselco 10 Pte. Ltd.
“The vessel purchase agreement is signed by the company during its ordinary and usual course of business, which will increase the market share of the company in vessel market,” according to CDB Leasing.
On Monday this week, CDB Leasing also announced the purchase of five MR product tankers from Singapore-registered Trafigura Group.
