d'Amico sells handysize tanker for $13m

Italian shipowner d’Amico Tankers has sold a handysize product tanker for $13m.

The 2002-built, 36,032 dwt handysize product tanker Cielo di Salerno has been sold to SW Cap Ferrat Shipping for $13m.

“We would like to point out the fact that d’Amico Tankers will maintain the commercial employment of the vessel having also concluded with the buyer a three years time charter agreement at attractive rate. This allows to keep the optimal level of our fleet,” the company said.
