McQuilling España will be based in Madrid providing ship broking and advisory services to the Spanish maritime community.
Rodrigo Dueñas will take up the helm as managing director of the new office heading up a team spot and period chartering, sale and purchase and commercial consultancy to clients in the crude, product and chemical tanker sectors.
