Navig8 Chemical Tankers firms six eco options

The 37,000 dwt IMO2 eco-design chemical tankers are due to be delivered at the end of 2015 and are options identical to the six vessels already on order, expected in the first quarter of 2015.

Navig8 Chemical Tankers was launched in October with the initial order of six tankers and is a joint venture between Navig8 and Oaktree Capital Management.

Navig8 has a fleet of over 240 vessels, with a further 56 under technical management.
