China Merchants Group signed cooperation agreement with Alibaba and Ant Group to further promote industrial digital upgrading.

According to the agreement, the three parties will jointly promote the digital upgrading of integrated logistics, financial service, internet, and emerging industries to better service for the real economy.

“China Merchants runs business all over the world, we are expecting to deepen our cooperation on technology and digitalization with Alibaba and Ant, and to establish more closer cooperation with them on overseas market” said Hu Jianhua, general manager of China Merchants.
