Rapidly expanding Scorpio Tankers reported a narrow third quarter profit of $0.7m.

Expansionist shipowner Scorpio Tankers is combining its fleet of VLGCs in a newbuildings with Dorian LPG in exchange for a 30% in the latter company.

Frontline 2012 will take an equal share in Avance Gas Holdings (AGHL), with the possibility of adding eight VLGCs to the LPG carrier's fleet.
