New ceo for Daya Materials

New ceo for Daya Materials
Malaysian oil and gas service provider Daya Materials has appointed Lim Thean Shiang as its new ceo and executive director following his emergence as the company's largest shareholder after acquiring a 6.05% stake through a private placement in December.

The post had been left vacant in the middle of last year following the resignation of president and ceo Mazlin Junid on 30 June. Lim was formerly Port Klang Authority general manager and Port Klang Free Zone executive chairman.
