Singapore: Yangzijiang Shipbuilding has confirmed it has held talks over a dual listing in Hong Kong or Taiwan. The Singapore-listed Chinese shipbuilder confirmed it had held preliminary talks on the possibility of a dual listing on either Hong Kong Stock Exchange or a listing of Taiwan Depository Receipts on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. "The company has only conducted preliminary talks with these parties and no decision has been made on this matter," the shipbuilder said. [12/04/10]
