Hong Kong: China Merchants Holdings (International) is considering buying a 25 pct stake in the western Shenzhen facility of Chiwan Container Terminal (CCT) from Kerry Logistics, the South China Morning Post reported, citing the company's chairman. "Chiwan is an excellent port with solid throughput growth. We are interested in buying Kerry's stake," the Hong Kong newspaper cited China Merchants Holdings chairman Fu Yuning as saying yesterday.
