Shanghai: Engine manufacturer Hudong Heavy Machinery Co has been renamed China State Shipbuilding Co., Ltd, in the run up to the listing of China State Shipbuilding Corporation.
CSSC's listsing will also include the brand new massive Jiangnan Changxing Shipbuilding Base and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and Chengxi Shipyard Co., Ltd. as well as 54% stake of Guangzhou CSSC-Ocean-GWS Marine Enginerring Co., Ltd. [01/08/07]
