Colombo: The Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) is reported to have entered into an agreement Emirates Shipping Line (ESL) regarding use of Colombo port as a hub from which to service the region. The container line will call at the state-owned Jaya Container Terminal with which it has entered into a long-term, exclusive Terminal Service Agreement. [22/12/08]
