Evergreen and COSCON upgrade 'Far East-Red Sea' service

Shanghai: Evergreen Marine Corp and  Cosco Container  Lines (COSCON) have upgraded their Far East-Red Sea (FRS) service to deploy seven 2,700 teu to the route which will now also call at Shanghai and Ningbo. Five of the vessels will be provided by Evergreen and COSCON will provide the remaining two. The first sailing on the revised schedule will be made by Ever Growth, departing Nansha  on 31 December 2006.

The port rotation on the revised FRS service is as follows: Shanghai - Ningbo - Nansha - Hong Kong - Shekou - Singapore - Tanjung Pelepas  - Aden - Jeddah - Aqaba - Sokhna Port - Singapore - Shanghai.  [27/12/06]
