Beijing: North China's Tianjin Xingang Shipbuilding Heavy Industry has completed a deal with France's Louis Dreyfus Armateurs (LDA) to build four 180,000 dwt capesize bulkers. The ships are thought to cost $52m each with delivery from 2012 to mid-2013. LDA is aiming to boost its owned fleet while newbuild prices remain attractive and is on the hunt for a total of 15 new ships. [25/01/11]?
