As the 208,000 dwt ships are delivered from Chinese yards in 2015 they will begin charters for 45 consecutive round trips from Australia to China, over a period of around five years.
Freight rates for the contract will be linked to the Baltic Index C5 route, less voyage expenses.
The first of the vessels is expected to be delivered to he charterer in the second quarter of 2015.
