Tokyo: This March the Shimonoseki Shipyard of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) will construct a new yard for high-speed aluminum boats. The yard will be ready by October, the Kaiji Press reported. Currently MHI builds aluminum ships of between 50-300 grt. The new yard will allow it to build vessels larger than 400 grt. [22/01/07]
