Dubai: A delegation from the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, headed by Chief Executive Tay Lim Heng, has visited the headquarters of Dubai Maritime City in the UAE where they were given an overview of DMC and its aim of enhancing the local and regional maritime sector.
Discussions too place on means of mutual cooperation, says DMC, bearing in mind that both authorities work with the same aim in mind: to grow the maritime sector within their respective markets by establishing a top international maritime centre that attracts a core group of ship owners and operators to set up operations in their markets.
