The new venture NW Shipmanagement is Wallem’s first presence in ship management in Singapore.
“Wallem already manages 130 tanker vessels, putting NW Shipmanagement in a good position to draw on our experience in managing the vessels to international standards,” said Simon Doughty said, group managing director of Wallem. “NW Shipmanagement’s staff will use Wallem’s systems and processes to manage the vessels safely and efficiently."
It was not revealed how many vessels new Singapore-based company would manage.
