Karachi: The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) has finalised a $135m financing deal with ABN-Amro Bank for the acquisition of three vessels as a part of the national flag carrier's fleet expansion plan. The new vessels include two double-hull oil tankers of aframax class and one bulk carrier of panamax class. The total cost of the ships is expected to be $150m with the corporation paying for the remainder through its own funds. [17/10/06]
