Seoul: STX Pan Ocean Co., South Korea's largest bulk-shipping line, said Thursday that it will launch a liquefied natural gas (LNG)-shipping business with a Norwegian shipping company.
?Along with Hoegh LNG AS, STX Pan Ocean will participate in an LNG transportation project planned by Spanish gas and oil company Repsol YPF. The STX Group has been courting the Spanish LNG sector for a while. STX pan Ocean placed an order for a pair of LNG carriers at Hanjin Heavy Industries and Construction back in 2006. [09/10/09]
