Singapore: Swiber Holdings is issuing S$80m in bonds as part of a S$500m fundraising programme. The Singapore-listed firm said it was issuing S$80m in fixed rates to 2013 at an interest rate of 5.8%. DBS Bank is bookrunner and lead manager for the issue, which is part of a S$500m multicurrency medium term notes programme. Swiber said net proceeds would be used for working capital and capital expenditure requirements. [05/10/10]
