Thome Ship Agency established its Bangkok office at the beginning of the month taking over the staff and offices of Westext Enterprises which has been a ship agent in Thailand for the last three years.
“I am pleased to announce the launch of our first ever overseas ship agency offices. We believe high quality agency services, the kind of which we have been offering in Singapore for many years, are a significant complement to our ship management services,” said Claus Eek Thorstensen, president of Thome Group.
General manager of the new office is Alan Mehew who brings with 17-years experience in Thailand.
