The Copenhagen-based shipowner said it had chartered the 81,000 dwt bulker newbuilding being built at an undisclosed “leading Japanese shipbuilder” for a period of 13-years with an option to buy. The vessel is for delivery by the end of 2014.
Ultrabulk has a total of eight newbuildings on order and options for a further two.
