Mumbai: Varun Shipping has taken delivery of a 16,085 BHP Anchor Handling and Towing Supply Vessel (AHTS) which it claims is the largest and most powerful of its kind in the Indian fleet. The vessel will cater to deep sea oil exploration activity in areas like North Sea, KG basin and Atlantic Ocean off the coasts of Nigeria, Brazil and Mexico.
