Hong Kong: Xiamen International Port Co. Ltd. has acquired a piece of land in Xiamen for development of a tax bonded zone and a logistics park. Xiamen International Port will pay RMB214m for the piece of land located at Xiangyu Bonded Logistic Park Phase I in Xiamen. The piece of land has 262,200 sq m of area and will be developed into a logistics park. Xiamen International Port will be responsible for developing and operating the project. [28/03/07]
