Zhenhua Port Machinery wins APM contract

Shanghai: Zhenhua Port Machinery has secured a $250m equipment contract with the A.P. Moeller-Maersk Group. The agreement will see the Chinese company supply the Danish shipping group with an unconfirmed number of container cranes over a five-year period.

APM Terminals, which operates over 45 container terminals in its global port network, has previously purchased more than 200 cranes from the Shanghai-based manufacturer.
