The sustainable economic growth of Chinese economy brought stable demands increasing to domestic container logistics, and the freight rate improvement also made contributions to the company’s performance growth, said Zhonggu Logistics.
Starting from October 2022, eighteen 4,600 teu containerships ordered by the company had been progressively delivered till the first half of 2024, which will became the major capacity supply to domestic container shipping market.
“The company will stick to develop domestic container shipping as core business, enhance multi-modal transportation service ability and promote implement of bulk-to-container strategic,” said Zhonggu, “Additionally, RCEP has brought historic development opportunities for the company to develop coastal service, and we will continue to explore new business growth points via the combination of domestic and foreign trading logistics services.”
In 2022, Zhonggu Logistics handled container volume of 12.13m teu.
