In a reply to a query from the Korean Stock Exchange CJ Korea Express it was reviewing options with respect to APL Logistics including strategic alliances and merger and acquisitions, but had not reached a decision yet.
APL Logistics parent company Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) confirmed in August that it was exploring a possible sale or initial public offering (IPO) of the logistics arm.
CJ Korea Express is present in 16 countries and says on its website that in aims to be one of the top five global logistics companies by 2020.
