The sale of the Dutch yard to Damen was completed at the end of June but no financial details of the deal were released at the time.
Speaking at its half year results briefing on Thursday Keppel Corp ceo Loh Chin Hua revealed it had sold the yard for EUR23.5m.
Keppel acquired the then Verolme Botlek yard in 2002 for EUR22.4m with an eye to the North Sea and West African offshore markets.
“Keppel O&M has the capacity and resources to continue servicing its customers in Europe and the North Sea region, as well as pursue new opportunities in these markets through our global network of yards,” Loh said.
